5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery.
Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refund Process: Return requests are accepted within 3 working days after products are received by the buyer. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the products are received by the buyer.
Condition: Products must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging and labels.
Documentation: Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required.
Reason for Return:
- Defective Products
- Damaged in Transit
- Incorrect Product received
- Loss of products during shipping
- Return of Ship
- Issues during inspection in the seller’s country
Non-Returnable Products: All perishable/agriculture products are non-refundable unless specific conditions were agreed upon pre-order.
